- The Warranty period is valid from the purchasing date through the specified period on the front page of this warranty.
- Warranty shall cover damage to product from normal usage or manufacturing defect only. Customer shall deliver the product to Service Center and be responsible for other expenses incurred from delivering the product to Service Center such as insurance, custodian fee, transportation fee and taxation, etc.

- This warranty does not include consumables such as cartridge, ink, toner, print head, case, scanner, drum, paper, light bulbs, extrusion heat set (fixing), roller, ITD, ITB, Oil & Web Roller, Waste Ink, absorber and; other components such as copy board glass, telephone headset, external cover, hard & floppy disk drivers, interface units, adapter, batteries, charger, etc.
- This warranty shall not cover for software driver or utility program that is part of the product set.
- Damages that is not covered by this warranty i.e. misusage, storage of product under improper environment, the operational system and peripherals does not qualify as stated in the manual or peripherals not appropriate to product’s usage, damage caused by animal or insect entering into the product, customized or modification to part of product, disaster, natural disaster or force majeure, electric power outages or water entering the product etc. Customer shall be responsible for part, service fee and expenses to deliver product into service.
- This warranty does not include any damage incurred against people or property or business loss of customer.
When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.
After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of 1–6 business days for Metro areas and 3-10 business days for non-Metro areas. Imported items may take longer for delivery.

Your multiple items might come from different time . Thus, you will be receiving individual emails for different items depending on the current status of your item from us.

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location our supplier, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
Why do I receive my order in separate deliveries?
Products may be shipped from various facilities and therefore deliveries may perform at different times.
Do note that items that are shipped from international may experience delays during customs clearing.
